Très bon accueil ! Nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée dans cette guesthouse, sans réservation. Le gérant s'est montré très accueillant et arrangeant , notamment pour garer nos motos. Il nous a proposé une bonne chambre spacieuse pour un prix très raisonnable. La nourriture était excellente et l'ambiance chaleureuse. Une tres bonne adresse qui nous a conforté à notre début de périple! Merci encore!

Welcome break This was the first stop on a 28 day tuk-tuk (self drive) tour of Sri Lanka September 2017. Sujit & his family were very welcoming, nothing was a problem to them. Very engaging in conversation and hospitality is a priority to them. The rooms were spacious, clean, linen fresh and the food in their restaurant was flavoursome, great sized portions and quite a variety for all palettes. We were able to easily park our tuk-tuk under the shade of a lovely big tree which was also large enough for us to sit under and engage in conversation and some very cold and welcoming refreshments. Would certainly recommend a stop here at the Hotel Athina if in Chilaw.

Best Place to stay The owner and his family are very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are clean und nice, smells fresh. Beds are good to sleep in. The food (Lunch and Dinner) was verry!!! tasty and fresh cooked and much more than we could eat. We are not shure if the owner or his wife is better in cooking 😉 We had much fun talking to the owner and finally we changed all our travel plans because of his good advices. His tips were great and also was his coffee.... he spend some time in Greace. We would go there again!

Прекрасное место Попали в кафе Athina совершенно случайно, проезжая мимо и сделали здесь остановку. Хозяин щедро предложил нам откушать. Ланкийская еда - рис и различное мясо со специями, овощи, креветки, закуски и напитки. Все было свежее и вкусное! Хозяин говорит по английский, гречески и итальянски. Рекомендую!

ECCEZIONALE BENVENUTO IN SRI LANKA Non avremmo potuto avere un benvenuto migliore in Sri Lanka. Per le prime due notti abbiamo goduto di una camera pulita e confortevole, di una cucina singalese ECCEZIONALE e dell' assistenza continua del proprietario. È uno di quei posti dove sei sicuro che tornerai. Complimenti anche alla moglie, ottima cuoca, e ai figli gentilissimi nonché al nipote, sempre sorridente e disposto ad aiutarti. Great Family Hotel and Restaurant Sujit and his family will do almost anything to help make your trip pleasant. The hotel is especially close to Munneshwaram Temple and Manavari Temple, which is good for Hindu pilgrims. Near to Colombo A/C Bus stand. 1.5 hours to airport.

Clean and new We stayed for 1 night and were looked after extremely well. We stayed on the balcony and had a beer with the owner and got some freash mangoes and great coffee for breakfast. The rooms are all new and quiet and if you are hungry there is home cooking going on. We didn't taste it but it smelled delicious.

Nice hotel. Reasonable Price, Room is clean and bed is comfy. Room is new and clean, Good beds and enough room space.. Air condition in the room is good. The staff were extremely accommodating and made my stay even better. Good food in the restaurant. Reasonable Price.
